EnergyHunt has provided extensive and detailed audits, inspections and due diligence services on a range of technologies and for a range of asset stakeholders. Most commonly this has been for wind turbine assets and we have developed a service that provides a web based, quality managed  track-able system:

Asset Knowledge Management (AKM) is a service for WTG asset owners, managers, insurers and financiers which provides a record of inspection and audit on all aspects of the asset with three levels of detail; basic, intermediate and advanced inspection, giving:

• Provision of a record of inspection and audit on all aspects of the asset
• Management and record all mandatory legislative inspection and testing
• Manage of incident investigation and recommendation

The service is completely confidential. Quality assurance and consistency of service is provided throughout the term of the work and contract thus allowing full auditing and tracking.

AKM Deliverables provide:

• A secure web portal to pick specifically what systems of the asset require survey and reporting:
• Allowing complete client interaction and selection of tasks
• Quality assured and consistent approach to all tasks
• Real-time tracking of progress
• Upload, comment and approval of confidential end report
• Complete transparency of inspection and costs
• Routine and time based alerts and inspections for mandatory and legislative inspections giving adequate warning of requirements
• PAT Testing by certified, trained professionals
• Historical trending of site parameters and characteristics
